In fact, the habitual use of digital devices has formed what the so called ‘digital culture’, which is simply interpreted as a transformation of the world by digital technology. Based on the explanation, this study aims firstly, to assess on how digital technology has transformed the society, and secondly, to identify the impact of ‘digital culture’ in Indonesian particularly in humanity aspects. To fulfil those aims, this study uses the qualitative approach and it is done by analyzing literature and information and also by doing observation through social media. Furthermore, the critical analysis is used not only to provide the depth understanding but also the solution regarding to the subject. The result has shown that in the case of Indonesia, digital technology has undermined the humanity. However, the digital technology to some extent is undoubtedly desired by the society. Thus, the basic dimensions of human being such as critical-thinking, ethical, and aesthetic values are compulsory to be given to the society.
