Intrapersonal ability analysis of construction project engineers in Project Completion Stage

Abstract

Success of the project comes from a group of people that are well-organized and use the proper tools and knowledge and suitable when handling a project. Intrapersonal ability possessed by construction project engineers in project completion stages become an interesting things to further research. Analysis and discussion obtained in this study is the time management of the construction project engineers within a project team is dominated by the engineers who have the ability to move according to the standard without attempting to move more quick than others. Meanwhile the optimist attitude and motivation is worse than the time management ability that owned by construction project engineers. Nevertheless the responsibility and integrity and so the level of intelligence that owned by the construction project engineers can be categorized by good. Therefore the construction project engineers are expected to improve the optimist attitude and motivation by controlling emotions while performing a job and working in a team. Other things that could be improved is the speed of work completion as a manifestation of responsibility and good integrity.
