Evaluasi penerapan peraturan daerah tentang bangunan di kota Bandung

Abstract

Building regulations as the legal system will help society which are living in all types of community in urban environment, understanding the one thing in common : mutually agreed rules of conduct appropriate to their way of life. In world of buildings as the man made creations, this law will help every actors to know enough and be aware of the circumtances in which the legal aspect is needed. Bandung as a big city had already has the local regulation for building (No 14 Year 1998) which is hope become the manual for the city society in the development context, such as planning, designing, constructing, maintaining and others. The local building regulation also descriped how the actors doing their right rules in terms of the building and development process. This research is trying to understanding those problems, especially in Bandung city, such as the performance of the local government, the procedures, the systems and other factors which will influence the building regulations.
