Abstract:
Bandung as city of creative industry has to be proactive of the change in environment. Creative industry is industry based on knowledge and creativity, the more creative the company the more sustainable it be. Sustainability of the company is not easy to get, the company has to know what the critical success factor are, in this study the main factor is how to manage and improve the innovation capability. The purpose of this research is to know the innovation capability and innovation performance in moslem fashion industry in Bandung. The innovation capability consist of leadership, employee skill, process to managing ideas, culture, external resources, development knowledge and employee welfare. Innovation performance measurement by input, process, output and outcome. The success of managing innovation capability can be done by measure the performance.The study of innovation capability in SME industry still rare, especially ini Moslem Fashion Industry. The growth of moslem fashion industry is the highest in subsector creative industry in Bandung. The study of innovation capability will give contribution to sustainability and development of creative industry in Bandung. The methology of the study is exploratory research, using the questionnaire, depth interview, and observation to gain more information. The sample is producer of moslem fashion in Bandung.
