dc.description.abstract One of the problems in road safety in Indonesia is the quality of existing data. There are many agencies or institutions that have a responsibility in collecting and managing road safety data, In fact, there are differences in the published data by different agencies or institutions. The objective of this article is to determine the conversion factors as a way to gather a uniform data among institutions. The analysis results show that the combined conversion factor is as much as 3.01. The rate of fatal accident is 7.87 people per 10,000 motorized vehicles. It means the number of death people is as much as 136 people death per day in 2007. en_US
