dc.description.abstract Nowadays, knowledge is one of many assets that influence the organization’s growth. Knowledge, that can be classified as tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, usually can be found in employee, process, system, document, etc. But sometimes, many of important knowledge was attached on the employee as a tacit knowledge, so if the employee is not working in the organization anymore, the knowledge is no longer claimed as an organization’s asset. Knowledge Management System (KMS) is a system that can store, organize, and manage organization’s knowledge so its can be used as an organization’s advantages. There are already many organization that try to implement this system, but only some that can implement it successfully. Major factor that cause the failure of this implementation program is a lack of employee’s acceptance in this new technology (non-technical aspect). Because of this implementation program need a lot of effort and investment, both technical and non-technical, the organization should has an effective and well-managed program. In this research, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Nonaka Model was used to identify factors that are influence the employee’s acceptance in KMS. A questioner that was developed from the combined model, used in organization Y (as a role model) that has already success in implementing KMS. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) then used to estimate the influence for each factor in employee’s acceptance in KMS. The output from SEM analysis, was used to develop a KMS implementation program for organization X (as an research object). This program is consist of communication program, training program, and incentives system, that should be done by organization X before and during the implementation program. en_US
