dc.description.abstract University website is one of the main sources for prospective international students to gain information at the preliminary stage before deciding to study abroad. This research aims to cluster university websites –specifically Taiwanese university websites, based on several criteria. The clustering is done by Fuzzy C-Means Clustering Method, where the number of clusters is 4. Among sixteen universities, the best cluster contains CYCU and STUT. They provide almost everything on the very first page of the website in a clear and concise terms. The worst cluster contains NTU, NTIT, and FCU. They generally have rather confusing layout with row and column menus, as well as the usage of confusing terms. Apparently, the Big-4 (NTU, NTHU, NCTU, NCKU) does not have superior websites compared to the other universities. en_US
