Good to great method by Jim Collins already used by the management in some business area to improve their companies’ performance. In the other hand, the method is excited to apply for the non for profit area include a university. Most of company realized the human resource development really important for facing the dynamic changing environment. University is one support system that makes people have the competencies. As we all know, AEC (ASEAN Economic Community) condition makes every country think about support system that can increase the bargaining power. Education becomes the main thing to develop personal character as one of important competencies. The aim of this literature research is to apply the method in the universities, as a non for profit organization to support great quality program improvement included lecturer, student and support system. |
