The greater the degree of globalization is the greater the public awareness about the importance of education will be. Today, the community really wants a quality education. Parents naturally want their children to be intelligent, then the current 9-year compulsory education program is not considered sufficient to promote the progress of their children. Playgroup and Kindergarten Tadika Puri is well known by the community in advancing the field of education. Not only teaches how to write and read, but also teaches how to develop themselves in society. Playgroup and Kindergarten Tadika Puri introduce English and IT early on. It also teaches ethics and life skills to their students. Therefore, there will be the establishment of a new branch. Business establishment of new branch Playgroup and Kindergarten is of course intended to make a profit. Studies that used to know the feasibility of this business is using four different aspects, namely markets & marketing, location, human resources and finance. The methods that used to determine the financial performance are NPV, IRR and PBP. The establishment of new branch is feasible to be done in every aspect. Based on financial analysis, only on pessimistic business condition is not feasible. However, this can be anticipated with any recommendations that will run the business so that business of the establishment of new branch of Playgroup and Kindergarten Tadika Puri can be feasible.
