Abstract:
This research aims at describing the concept of "Justice" as perceived and
applied by Sundanese families in five life aspects, namely: education, household Job division, home economy, law (inheritance and sanction) and family health care. For that purpose 3 Focus Group Discussions were held whose participants were husbands, wives and high-school-aged children. The results show that the families feel about and apply the justice concept differently in the above 5 life aspects. In some aspects, distributive justice (equality, equity or ileed) is more dominant, in other mpects justice hased Oil procedures (tradition culture or religion) is more pronounced.
