Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to describe whether or not the organizational culture (dominant culture) in Unpar is institutionalized and implemented by the members of the organization. By using 74 samples of lecturers, the research found that: (1). organizational culture in Unpar is still categorized as weak-culture. (2) There is no relationship between the understanding of the cultural values and the implementation of that values in everyday life, (3). There are no differences between senior lecturers and junior lecturers in the degree of understanding the organization culture.Therefore, that phenomenon should be responded by the management team by increasing the socialization programs to institutionalized the values that the founders intended. Also, the role of the leaders, such as the Rector and the Dean to promote the values of Unpar is very expected.
