Abstract:
Graduates as the output o f a university usually be classified by Graduate Point Average
(GPA). Clustering graduates based on their GPA and length o f study was done by Ernawati
(2003) using one o f crisp clustering algorithms known as the Average Link Clustering. In
this research, the fuzzy c-means clustering technique is applied for the same task. The
application results in the clear explanation on why certain graduate belongs to certain
cluster, and the clear description o f each cluster obtained.
